  • ¼ head Green Cabbage
  • ¼ head Purple Cabbage
  • cup Shredded Carrots
  • cup Red pepper
  • 1 cup Fresh Cilantro Roughly packed
  • 1 cup Edamame optional
  • cup Cucumbers Thin sliced, optional

Preparation Steps

  • Wash and pat dry all the vegetables.
  • Thin slice all the vegetables, and chop the cilantro. Add all the ingredients except for the roasted cashews to a big bowl.
