Olive Oil

  • Tuscan Herb Olive Oil from The Olive Bin

Avocado

  • 1 avocado sliced thin

Cheese

  • 2 slices mozzarella cheese

Tomato

  • 1 tomato sliced

Seasoning

Cooking Instructions

  • Heat a skillet or Panini grill. Drizzle two pieces of bread with the Tuscan Herb Olive Oil. Allow to soak in for 30 seconds/1 minute. Place in the pan or on the grill.
  • Layer with the avocado, mozzarella and a couple slices of tomato. Salt the tomato, then place the second piece of bread on top. Cook until lightly browned and toasted.
