Ingredients
  

Chicken

  • 1 kg chicken thighs bone in, skin on
  • 2 lb chicken thighs or drumsticks or wings, any combination

Sauce

  • ¼ cup balsamic vinegar
  • 2.5 tablespoon soy sauce all purpose or light
  • ¼ cup honey
  • ¼ cup brown sugar loosely packed
  • 2 cloves garlic minced

Instructions
 

Cooking Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 180C/350F.
  • Line a baking dish with foil and baking/parchment paper.
  • Mix together Sauce in a bowl.
  • Place chicken in baking dish, skin side down for thighs and wings.
  • Pour over Sauce. Bake for 30 minutes.
  • Turn chicken over, spoon over sauce. Bake for another 20 minutes or until cooked through.
  • Stand for 5 minutes, then spoon Sauce over chicken and serve.

Notes

Chicken can be frozen; make sure it's thawed and pat dry before cooking. The recipe does not work with chicken breast unless modifications are made.
