  • 1 cup Parmesan Cheese Freshly grated
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs Use panko for extra crunch
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder Quality garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Oregano For Italian flair
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil Extra virgin preferred
  • to taste Salt For seasoning

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Drain and rinse the artichoke hearts thoroughly before patting them dry with paper towels.
  • In a bowl, combine grated parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper. Mix until well blended.
  • Dip each artichoke heart into olive oil using tongs. Then roll them in your breadcrumb mixture until they’re fully coated.
  • Place the coated artichokes on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, leaving some space between each piece.
  • Bake for about 25-30 minutes until they turn golden brown and crispy.
  • Remove from the oven and let them cool slightly before serving.
