Ingredients
  

Salad Ingredients

  • 4 mini cucumbers sliced
  • 10 mini sweet peppers sliced
  • 0.5 Tablespoon Everything But the Bagel Seasoning optional
  • 1 teaspoon Chili crisp optional

Sesame Ginger Dressing

  • 0.25 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 0.25 cup unseasoned rice vinegar
  • 1.5 Tablespoons tamari or soy sauce
  • 1.5 Tablespoons maple syrup
  • 2 teaspoons sesame oil
  • 1 large clove garlic
  • 1 inch fresh ginger
  • 1 pinch black pepper

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Make dressing by adding all the dressing ingredients to a blender and blending until smooth and creamy. Set aside.
  • Add cucumber and bell pepper to a bowl. Add ¼ cup dressing, bagel seasoning and chili crisp. Toss to combine. Taste and add more seasoning, chili crisp and/or dressing, if needed.
