Ingredients
  

Chicken

  • 4-6 pieces boneless skinless chicken thighs or breasts Pound chicken to an even thickness if using breasts.

Cajun Seasoning

  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1.5 teaspoons paprika
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 0.5 teaspoon onion salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 0.5 teaspoon dried oregano or substitute Italian seasoning
  • 0.25 teaspoon red pepper flakes Optional for spice

Lime

  • 3 limes juice of
  • additional lime wedges for serving

Grilling Instructions

  • Grease and preheat grill to medium-high. In a small bowl whisk together all spices. Fill a small bowl with the lime juice.
  • Dip chicken in the lime juice, flipping to coat all sides. Sprinkle seasoning mix over all of the chicken being sure to coat all sides.
  • Grill chicken for 6-10 minutes on each side until cooked through. Serve with lime wedges and freshly chopped cilantro if desired.

Notes

For a less spicy flavor, leave out crushed red pepper flakes.
