Chicken & Broccoli Ingredients

  • 2 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 200 g broccoli florets
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • to taste Salt & black pepper

Sauce Ingredients

  • ½ cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
  • ¼ teaspoon paprika
  • to serve Cooked rice or quinoa

Preparation Instructions

  • Marinate & Grill Chicken: Season chicken with salt, pepper, and 1 tablespoon olive oil. Grill until fully cooked, then slice.
  • Roast Broccoli: Toss broccoli with remaining olive oil, salt, and pepper. Roast or grill until tender.
  • Make Sauce: Mix Greek yogurt, garlic, lemon juice, parsley, and paprika in a bowl.
