- ¾ cup white chocolate chips
- 10 pieces Nutter Butter Sandwich Cookies
- 20 pieces Candy Eyes
- White Cookie Frosting
Set a cooling rack over a piece of parchment paper.
Melt the white chocolate in the microwave by heating in 30 second increments and stirring. It is important that you don’t overcook the chocolate or it will seize up. Be sure to stir vigorously after each 30 second. Microwave just until the chocolate is smooth and fully melted.
Dip the tops of the Nutter Butter cookies in the chocolate.
While the chocolate is still warm place the eyes on the cookies.
Transfer to the cooling rack and allow to cool until chocolate is set.
Drizzle the frosting over the cookies to make mummy rags.
Let the frosting set and store in an airtight container.
