- 1 loaf Baguette or Italian Bread sliced into 1-2 cm slices
- 3 tablespoons Olive Oil divided
- 1-2 cloves Garlic peeled
- 2-3 cups Cherry Tomatoes halved
- ¼ cup Red Onion thinly sliced
- ½ cup Fresh Basil chopped or torn
- 1 tablespoon Balsamic Vinegar
- Kosher Salt to taste
- Black Pepper to taste
- Flaky Sea Salt for garnish
- Balsamic Glaze for garnish
- Extra Olive Oil for drizzling
- Additional Fresh Basil for garnish
- 1 ball Fresh Burrata
Preparation
Lightly rub the slices of bread with olive oil. Grill or toast, then rub each side with a garlic clove.
In a bowl, mix together the cherry tomatoes, red onion, basil, 2 tablespoons of olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper.
Arrange the grilled bread slices on a plate and add burrata on top of each slice.
Top with the tomato mixture, drizzle with olive oil and balsamic glaze. Add flaky salt and fresh basil.
