Ingredients
  

  • 4 chops bone-in or boneless pork chops about 1 inch thick
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup 10.5 oz
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup 10.5 oz
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 packet ranch dressing mix
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste
  • fresh parsley chopped, for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Sprinkle both sides of the pork chops with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  • In a mixing bowl, whisk together the cream of mushroom soup, cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, and ranch dressing mix until smooth.
  • Place the seasoned pork chops in the crockpot in a single layer. Pour the gravy mixture over the top, making sure the chops are fully covered.
  • Cover and cook on LOW for 6-7 hours or on HIGH for 3-4 hours, until the pork chops are tender.
  • Serve the pork chops over mashed potatoes or rice, spooning the gravy generously over the top. Garnish with fresh parsley.
