Ingredients
  

Pasta Ingredients

  • 8 oz Pasta Choose your favorite type
  • 1 tablespoon Salt For boiling water
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil

Salmon Ingredients

  • 1 lb Salmon Fillet Skin removed
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice Freshly squeezed

Pesto Ingredients

  • 1 cup Pesto Sauce Store-bought or homemade

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Boil water in a pot and add salt. Cook the pasta according to package instructions.
  • In a pan, heat olive oil and cook the salmon fillet for about 5-7 minutes on each side until cooked through.
  • Remove the salmon, flake it into pieces and set aside.
  • Drain the pasta and return it to the pot. Add the pesto sauce and mix well.
  • Gently fold in the flaked salmon.

Serving

  • Serve the Salmon Pesto Pasta warm, garnished with additional pesto if desired.
