Ingredients
  

Fruits

  • 2 lb strawberries hulled and sliced
  • 1 pint blueberries

Cheese

  • 8 ounces mozzarella pearls drained

Condiments

  • 2 tablespoon honey
  • 2 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper

Herbs

  • 1 handful fresh basil chiffonade

Preparation

  • Prep: clean, hull and slice your strawberries. Drain your mozzarella. Chiffonade your basil.
  • In a small bowl combine honey, balsamic vinegar, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Whisk until combined.
  • Combine strawberries, blueberries, mozzarella pearls, and basil in a large bowl.
  • Pour on top of salad and toss to combine. Let stand 15 minutes before serving.

Notes

You can add additional berries, nuts, or avocado for variation. You can also swap mozzarella for other cheeses or add greens for a more filling salad.
