Equipment

  • medium-sized bowl
  • Pan

Ingredients

Pizza Base

  • 13.8 ounce refrigerated pizza crust
  • 2 Tablespoons olive oil

Egg Mixture

  • 8 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon pepper
  • cup milk
  • 2 Tablespoons salted butter

Toppings

  • 15 ounce can Libbys Country Sausage Gravy
  • 2 cups shredded Colby jack cheese
  • ½ cup real bacon pieces

Instructions

Preparation

  • Preheat oven to 425F degrees. Spray a large baking sheet (10"x 15") with nonstick cooking spray.
  • Spread the pizza crust into the pan. Stretch it out to all the edges. Brush olive oil evenly on top of the crust. Poke the crust really well with a fork.
  • Bake the crust for about 7 minutes on a middle rack until it starts to become light brown.
  • In a medium-sized bowl, whisk together the eggs, salt, pepper, and milk for at least 2 minutes.
  • Preheat a pan on low to medium heat. Melt the butter and pour in the egg mixture. Gently scramble until softly cooked.
  • Remove the crust from the oven and spread the sausage gravy evenly over it.
  • Top with scrambled eggs, shredded cheese, and bacon pieces.
  • Return to the oven and cook for another 6-7 minutes until warmed through and cheese is melted.
  • Slice into 12 slices and serve while warm.

Notes

For substitutions and variations, refer to the FAQ above. You can use two cans of crescent roll dough instead of pizza dough. Libby's Country Sausage Gravy is recommended for flavor.
